It is also stain resistant and has high optical clarity, so that you can easily see the contents at a glance. The lids are made from sustainably sourced FSC-certified bamboo and all materials have been rigorously tested and are food safe.

Design Notes
We wanted to design storage jars that were both hardworking kitchen essentials and stylish enough to have on show. Created using high-borate borosilicate glass, they are lightweight yet sturdy. We gave special care to the design of the lids to ensure they sit flush with the glass, creating a clean form from top to bottom and, crucially, saving precious cupboard space.
With understated branding, a range of sizes and two beautiful bamboo lid colours to choose from, they are designed to fit your interior style.

Are there any materials in your storage jars that could be harmful to my health?
No, our glass storage jars are 100% safe for contact with food and are LFGB certified - which is the strictest of all the food contact grade testing standards.
They are free from BPA, BPS, Phthalates, Lead and Cadmium, which means that they are non-toxic and non-reactive, so you can rest assured that no harmful chemicals will leach into your food or ingredients.
Can I use the glass jars in the dishwasher?
Absolutely! It’s our mission to design products that make life easier, which is why the glass part of our storage jars are dishwasher safe, just make sure to only wash the bamboo lids by hand.
Our borosilicate glassware is non-porous which means it won’t discolour or absorb odours and it cleans to a sparkling finish.
Can I use the storage jars for non-food items?
Of course – our jars have a wide range of uses. They make beautiful storage for small bathroom items such as cotton buds, face towels or soaps; and since they are airtight, they will keep bath salts dry and aromatic for months.
Our jars are also great if you’re looking for a stylish way to store arts and crafts supplies – from buttons to paints – as they are designed to sit flush with one another, making them great on a bookcase or shelf.
Can I store liquids or wet food items in the glass jars?
Since prolonged exposure to moisture could cause mould to form on the bamboo lids, we don’t recommend using the jars for wet foods or liquids.
What does “FSC-certified bamboo” mean?
FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council, it means that our bamboo lids are sourced from forests that are managed to strict environmental, social and economic standards.

We are proud to say that our glass storage jars are carbon neutral.
So how exactly does this work? Together with ClimatePartner, we conducted a full life-cycle analysis of our kitchen storage jars to evaluate the environmental impact.
We measured all the unavoidable carbon emissions that occur during the production process, taking into account everything from raw material extraction, final delivery to you and even their end-of-life recycling.
Then, we offset these emissions by supporting verified climate action projects around the world, such as reforestation or clean drinking water initiatives that help both people and the environment.
